If you’re not as young as you used to be (I guess that’s true for everyone, isn’t it?), and your legs feel a little tired and battered after a long day of skiing or snowshoeing, perhaps it’s time for some shock-absorbing gadget love.
The Ski Mojo system is a combination of hardware that straps to your legs and attaches to your ski boots in order to provide shock absorption for your knees and thighs. Apparently, it’s like having “an extra pair of thigh muscles”.
The Ski Mojo company says their gizmos take up to 1/3rd of the strain off your knees and thighs, while absorbing those bumps (moguls!) and impacts (trees?). They’re also supposed to improve your skiing, offering you up to a 50% increase in power. I don’t know about you, but my knees would probably love me for these. (They’d love me more if I stayed home and did some non-impact form of exercise, but that ain’t gonna happen).
The price for all this high-tech skiing love? A mere $589.
Hey, you didn’t get into this hobby because it was cheap, did you?
